(1) Bacon Pickle Pizza

  • Two tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • One tablespoon garlic powder
  • One tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 premade pizza crust
  • One and a half c.mozzarella
  • Quarter c.freshly grated parmesan
  • 3/4 c.dill pickle slices
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • One tablespoon freshly chopped dill
  • Half tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Ranch dressing, for serving, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 ° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  • 1b.pizza dough, divided in half cornmeal, for pan
  • Four tablespoon butter
  • Quarter c.hot sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • Half tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2c.shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz.ball mozzarella,torn
  • 1/3c.blue cheese,crumbled
  • Quarter red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. Put vegetable oil on two large baking sheets.
  2. Keep the butter in a microwave. Use a Microwave to melt.
  3. Add hot sauce and garlic powder until combined. Pour half of the buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss to coat well.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll half of each pizza dough into a round ball, then press the center of each to create a 1/2 “crust.

  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 c.refried beans
  • 1 1/2 c.shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • Sour cream, for serving
  • Half c.quartered cherry tomatoes
  • Quarter c.sliced black olives, for serving
  • Two green onions, thinly sliced, for serving
  • Hot sauce, for serving

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 ° and line a medium skillet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced meat, shredding the meat with a wooden spoon.
  3. Cook for about 6 minutes. Drain off the fat. Return to the heat and add the taco seasoning, then season with S&P.Then remove from heat. Assemble the pizzas:

  • Coarse cornmeal, for sprinkling
  • Quarter c.extra -virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 c.ricotta
  • 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • One tablespoon freshly chopped oregano
  • One tablespoon freshly chopped thyme
  • 2c.shredded mozzarella, divided
  • 1/4c.pecorino Romano, divided
  • Crushed red pepper flakes for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough in a lightly greased pizza pan.
  2. Brush olive oil on top, then evenly sprinkle with mozzarella and prosciutto.

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 ° and lightly grease a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then reserve. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of the remaining olive oil.

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil.
