Homemade Doughnuts

Doughnuts are a delicious sweet which every one of us loves to eat. Everyone loves to eat homemade fresh doughnut. But the thing is most of us do not know how to make these corrections. Today we are going to make six types of doughnuts. Follow my recipe accordingly. I’m sure you will be able to make some delicious fresh doughnuts. Come on let’s see how to make our delicious doughnuts.

(1) Classic glazed homemade doughnut.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup of warm
  • One of cup sugar
  • ½ Oz active dry yeast
  • One stick of softened butter
  • Three eggs
  • One tbsp. vanilla extract
  • Five cups of flour
  • One tbsp. of vegetable oil

For glaze:

  • Three cups of sugar
  • One cup of milk powder
  • One tbsp. of vanilla
  • ½ cup hot water

Method:

Take 1 ½ cup of warm milk, add one of cup sugar and ½ Oz active dry yeast and keep aside. Take another and add one stick of softened butter, three eggs, one tbsp. vanilla extract and beat thoroughly using the beater. Add the yeast mixture also. Now add five cups of flour little by little to the mixture and mix. Now add some flour to the board and put the mixture on the board and knead it to become dough. After put the dough to the bowl, take one tbsp. of vegetable oil and give a slight wash to the dough and the bowl. Rinse for one hour at room temperature, punch out the dough and refrigerate. Now get the dough and flatten it. Cut out the doughnut shapes. Now deep fry these in the vegetable oil.

Let’s make the glaze, take three cups of sugar, add one cup of milk powder, one tbsp. of vanilla extract and ½ cup hot water and mix well.

Now dip the fried doughnuts in the glaze. Here come our yummy doughnuts.

(2) Chocolate homemade doughnut.

Ingredients

  • 100g of chocolate
  • 150g of butter
  • 50g of coco powder
  • 150g of sugar
  • One tablespoon of vanilla
  • Five eggs
  • Greaseproof paper

Method:

Keep a vessel in the stove and add 100g of chocolate and 150g of butter, melt it and add 50g of coco powder, 150g of sugar and one tablespoon of vanilla and mix well. After remove from the stove and add five eggs.

Now take the cupcake tray, get a greaseproof paper and make small balls the size of the hole of the doughnut and keep it in the middle of each deepened part in the tray and now let’s pour the batter to deepen parts. After, bake it for 180C/350F for 8 to 10 minute

Now dip the baked doughnuts in melted chocolate and next dip it in sprinkles. Here come our yummy chocolate doughnuts.

(3) Chocolate stuffed churro homemade doughnut.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of butter
  • Two tbsp. brown sugar
  • Half tsp salt
  • Half cup of boiling
  • One tbsp. of vanilla
  • Half cup of flour
  • Three eggs
  • Chocolate chips
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • Oil to fry

Method:

Keep a vessel in the stove add ½ cup of butter, two tbsp. brown sugar, half tsp salt and a half cup of boiling water and mix well. Now remove it from the stove and add a half cup of flour one tbsp. of vanilla extract and three eggs and mix well. After pour the batter to a piping bag with a nozzle fixed. Now pipe out a doughnut shape and add some chocolate chips on it and again pipe on it to cover the chips in a doughnut shape. Now freeze it. Take it out from the freezer and fry it in deep oil. Now remove the oil using tissues and dip it in cinnamon sugar. Our delicious Chocolate stuffed churro doughnuts are ready now.

(4) Strawberry cheesecake homemade doughnut.

Ingredients

  • 40 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • One egg
  • One tsp vanilla
  • Two tbsp. strawberry jam
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • One cup of flour
  • 1 ½ cup of pancake mixture
  • For glaze
  • 40oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • One tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup of milk

Method:

Add 40 oz cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, and one egg and beat well. Now add one tsp vanilla extract, two tbsp. strawberry jam, ½ cup strawberries and beat well. Now add one cup of flour and 1 ½ cup of pancake mixture and mix well using a spoon. After add some flour to the tray flat the dough using a roller and cut the dough in doughnut shapes using a cutter. Now fry them in deep oil.

Let’s make the glaze, add 40oz cream cheese and beat well. Add ¼ cup powdered sugar, one tsp vanilla extract and ¼ cup of milk and beat. Now dip the doughnuts in this glaze and before serving to decorate it with some fresh strawberry slices.

(5) Cookies and cream stuffed homemade doughnut.

Ingredients

  • Ten cookies
  • 90g of cream cheese
  • 250g of plain flour
  • 50g of caster sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 120ml milk
  • 50 ml of melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 50g of white chocolate

Method:


Crush ten cookies into powder and take half of it and mix it with 90g of cream cheese.

Now take a bowl to add 250g of plain flour, 50g of caster sugar,1 ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 120ml milk, 50 ml melted butter and add 2 tbsp. oil and mix them together in order to make a dough. After make small balls and flatten them add little of the paste and cover it making balls.

Melt 50g of white chocolate and dip the balls in this and add the remaining crushed cookies over these.

(6) Dairy-free chocolate glazed homemade doughnut.

Dairy-free chocolate glazed doughnuts

Ingredients

  • One cup of flour
  • One tsp baking powder
  • Salt pinch
  • Apple sauce ½ cup unsweetened
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • Two tsp vanilla
  • One tsp apple cider vinegar
  • For glaze
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup of dairy-free cocoa powder
  • ½ cup of almond milk

Method:

Take a bowl to add one cup of flour, one tsp baking powder and a salt pinch mix them together and keep aside.

Get a bowl to add applesauce ½ cup unsweetened, ½ cup almond milk, ¼ cup maple syrup, two tsp vanilla and one tsp apple cider vinegar and mix together and now add the flour mixture which was made before. Now pour the batter to the doughnut tray and bake it for 375F for 15 to 20 minutes. Take it out from the oven and let it cool down.

Let’s make the glaze, take a bowl add ½ cup powdered sugar, 1/3 cup of dairy-free cocoa powder and a ½ cup of almond milk. Now dip the cooldown doughnuts in the glaze and add some sprinkles on it.
