Easy Snack Recipe

Hi everyone. The world consists of different cultures. If we try to find some common things, we get to find that any person from any culture would eat snacks. What do you think about snacks? We all do love to eat snacks. We usually love to have snacks at tea time. If the kids always feel hungry, snacks are what they want. There are many kinds of snacks that we could make out. Although there are many snacks, we do have a problem. That is time-consuming. Aren’t there any snacks we could make in a small time? Today I have bought you some easy snacks. These could be made in a short period of time. This actually saves your time. Although there are some easy quick snacks they are very delicious. Today I have bought you some 10 Snack recipe (s). So come on let’s see what they are.

New Snack recipe (s):

(1) Mozzarella sticks Snack recipe

  • Egg roll wrappers
  • String cheese
  • Water


  1. Half the egg roll wrappers using a knife
  2. Place the string cheese on the divided egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold wrapper from either side covering edges of cheese.
  4. Roll it for the remaining side.
  5. Before finishing the rolling make sure you apply water to the end.
  6. So the cheese wouldn’t come out of the wrapper.
  7. Heat oil on a pan.
  8. Fry our mozzarella sticks.
  9. Serve it with sauce.

(2) Scrambled egg

  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Take a deep bowl.
  2. Add the eggs to it.
  3. Add salt and pepper as your taste.
  4. Mix it thoroughly using a fork.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan.
  6. Add some butter to the pan.
  7. Add the eggs to it and scramble it.
  8. Scramble the eggs until it’s cooked well.
  9. Remove it from the stove.
  10. You can serve it.

(3) Cheesy bread toast Snack recipe

  • 2 pieces of sourdough bread
  • 1 ½ tbsp of butter
  • 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 slices of cheddar cheese


  1. Apply butter on one side of the two pieces.
  2. Apply mayonnaise on the other side.
  3. Place the cheese on top of the mayonnaise.
  4. Cover it with the other bread piece.
  5. Place the bread on a non-stick pan.
  6. Toast either side of the bread till the cheese melts.
  7. Enjoy your cheesy bread toast

(4) Rice with teriyaki chicken

Ingredients for rice:

  • One cup of long grain rice
  • 1 ¾ cup of water
  • Salt

Ingredients for teriyaki chicken:

  • Chicken thighs
  • Soya sauce
  • Brown sugar

Method to make the rice:

  1. Wash the rice thoroughly using water.
  2. Add water and salt to a vessel.
  3. Add rice to water.
  4. Simmer it for about 18 minutes.

Method to make teriyaki chicken:

  1. Fry the chicken in a non-stick pan.
  2. Mix the soya sauce and sugar.
  3. Add the mixture to the pan.
  4. Cook until it’s combined well.
  5. Ready to serve with rice.

(5) Pigs in a blanket snack Snack recipes

  • Hotdogs
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Puff pastry


  1. Flat the puff pastry dough.
  2. Cut into square shape sheets. ( a bit larger than a cheese slice.)
  3. Place the cheddar cheese slice on a puff pastry sheet.
  4. Place the hotdog on the cheddar cheese.
  5. Roll it, make sure it will not unwind.
  6. Cut the roll into three.
  7. Grease the baking tray.
  8. Place them on the tray.
  9. Bake at 425F for about 15 minutes.
  10. Ready to serve.

(6) Two ingredients: low carb pasta

  • One cup of mozzarella
  • One egg yolk


  1. Place the cheese in a microwave bowl.
  2. Microwave it for about a minute.
  3. Add the egg yolk to the cheese.
  4. Combine them into one mould.
  5. Place an oil paper on a tray.
  6. Place the mould on the tray.
  7. Cover it with another piece of oil paper.
  8. Flat the mould over the oil paper using a rolling pin.
  9. Remove the covered oil paper.
  10. Cut the flatted mould into strips.
  11. Refrigerate the mould.
  12. Cook it in hot water like usual pasta.
  13. Ready to serve your pasta with sauce.

(7) Two ingredient flatbread Snack recipe

  • One cup of greek yoghurt
  • One cup of self-rising flour.


  1. Add the flour and the yoghurt to a bowl.
  2. Mix it into one mould.
  3. Spread some flour on the cutting board.
  4. Place the mould on the cutting board.
  5. Divide it into four equal parts.
  6. Flat each using a rolling pin.
  7. Add some butter to a nonstick pan on the stove.
  8. Fry both sides of the bread.
  9. Ready to serve.

This is a multipurpose flatbread. The following are some ways which you can use to serve this bread.

  • Garlic bread
  • Chicken wrap
  • Egg and avocado toast
  • Pepperoni pizza

(8) Pancake



  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking sugar
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp butter


  1. Take a large bowl
  2. Add the flour, sugar, salt and soda to it.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Take another bowl.
  5. Add milk, eggs, and butter to it.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Add the milk to the flour. (add the milk little by a little while mixing the mixture)
  8. Mix until a smooth pancake mixture is obtained.
  9. Place a nonstick pan on the stove.
  10. Add some butter to it.
  11. Cook the pancakes in low flame.
  12. You can serve this with butter and honey.

(9) Barbeque chicken tender

  • Chicken breasts
  • Barbeque sauce
  • Bread crumbs


  1. Slice the chicken breasts into small slices.
  2. Dip each slice on the barbeque sauce.
  3. Wrap the dipped ones with bread crumbs.
  4. Grease the baking tray.
  5. Place the wrapped chicken.
  6. Bake 375F /200C for about 10 minutes.
  7. Give a barbeque wash.
  8. Bake it for another 10 minutes.
  9. Enjoy your barbeque chicken tender.

(10) Jalapeno poppers

Jalapeno poppers


  • Jalapenos
  • Bacon
  • Cream cheese


  1. Cut the jalapenos into half vertically.
  2. Remove the seeds inside it.
  3. Fill the removed part with cream cheese.
  4. Wrap it with bacon. (make sure the cream cheese is covered with bacon)
  5. Grease the oven tray.
  6. Place the jalapeno on it.
  7. Bake at 400F / 200C for about 20 minutes.
  8. Enjoy your jalapeno poppers.
