BBQ fever

There is a foodie which we all love. We can buy it everywhere over the world. There are many foods made by adding it. Can you all guess what I am going to make today? Yeah, it’s BBQ. I know now your mouth is wet. No age limits, we all love eating BBQ. So today I have bought you six foodies which are related to BBQ. So let’s see what those recipes are. I’m sure you will love my recipes a lot because these are very tasty.

(1) BBQ-Bacon Ice Tray Meatballs

BBQ Bacon Ice Tray Meatballs


For 24 balls

  • 1 lb ground beef(455 g)
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley(10 g), chopped
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs(30 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 18 slices bacon
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce(70 g)


  1. In a medium bowl, mix well the ground beef, onion, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Put aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  3. Line two empty ice cube trays with the bacon, overlapping each piece to completely cover the tray.
  4. Press the bacon down with two fingers for each turn.
  5. Pour some of the meatball mixture into each round and press down to flatten it. Make sure to wrap the meat until it hits the bottom of the ice cube tray.
  6. Fold the edges of the bacon over the ice cube tray.
  7. Turn the ice cube tray over on a baking sheet and carefully lift the ice cube tray off the meatballs.
  8. Cook for 20 minutes or until the bacon is just golden.
  9. Brush the meatballs with barbecue sauce and bake for 10 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the meatballs are cooked through.
  10. Transfer the meatball sheet to a cutting board and cut the bacon to create individual meatballs.
  11. Put a toothpick in each meatball.

(2) BBQ-Chicken Pizza Tacos

For 15 tacos

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup honey(85 g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce(70 g)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese blend(100 g)
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked, finely chopped
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 15 small tortillas


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into 2cm cubes and place in a medium bowl. Add salt, paprika, pepper, garlic powder, barbecue sauce and honey and mix with your hands until the chicken is well coated.
  3. Heat the oil in a large cast iron skillet over high heat.
  4. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown and charred around the edges. Remove the pan from the heat.
  5. Arrange the tortillas side by side on the baking sheet, slightly overlapping the edges.
  6. Evenly distribute the grated cheese, red onion, bacon, cooked chicken and parsley over the tortillas.
  7. Cook until the cheese has melted. Serve hot.

(3) BBQ-Chicken Bacon Skewers

For 4 skewers

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs(455 g), slice into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce(286 g)
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper


  • 4 skewers bamboo skewer, soaked in water for 20 minutes


  1. Preheat the grill over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken, barbecue sauce, salt and pepper and mix everything until smooth.
  3. Slide one end of the bacon over the end of a skewer. Add a piece of chicken then weave the bacon around the chicken and then back through the skewer, creating a wave pattern between the chicken. Move the bacon and chicken onto the skewer and repeat until the other edge of the bacon has gone through.
  4. Do it again on the rest of the skewers with the remaining chicken and bacon.
  5. Grease the grill surface by wiping the wire bases with tongs and an oiled paper towel.
  6. Grill the skewers with the lid closed for about 12 to 18 minutes, then turn them in half.

(4) BBQ-Chips

For 2 servings

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 3 gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Carefully cut 3 golden potatoes into 3mm slices with a knife or mandolin.
  3. Mix the chips with the ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Arrange the fries on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Cook for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Have fun!

(5) 5-Ingredient BBQ Chicken-Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

For 2 servings

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 rotisserie chicken breast
  • ⅓ cup barbecue sauce(85 g), for serving you need it separately.
  • 1 cup red cabbage(100 g), shredded


  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut out one of the breasts from the skewered chicken. If the chicken is small, use both breasts. Cut the chicken breast into very small pieces and set aside.
  3. Drill holes in the sweet potato with a fork. Place the sweet potato to the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 40-50 minutes, until the sweet potato is tender if pierced with a kitchen knife or skewer.
  5. Place the cabbage in a medium pan over medium heat. Add the barbecue sauce and sauté for about 3 minutes until the cabbage becomes soft.
  6. Add the chopped chicken and mix to process. Take the pan off the stove.
  7. Once the sweet potato is cold enough, cut it in half lengthways and scoop the pulp with a spoon until a 6mm layer remains.
  8. Fill the sweet potato skins with the chicken and cabbage filling, drizzle with barbecue sauce and garnish with the sliced spring onions.

(6) BBQ Chicken Pasta Bake

For 8 servings

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken(250 g), shredded
  • 14.5 oz diced tomato(425 g), drained
  • 15 oz corn(420 g), drained
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 ½ cups ranch dressing(365 g)
  • fresh parsley
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce(290 g)
  • 16 oz fusilli pasta(450 g)
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese(200 g)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chicken, tomatoes, corn, onions, ranch and barbecue sauce.
  3. Add the noodles and mix until coated evenly.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 (22 x 33 cm) baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
  5. Cover with mozzarella and bake without lid for 30 minutes.
  6. Top with fresh parsley.
  7. Have fun!
